Ocean Spa Hotel - Cancun

Just right hotel, the staff were all superfriendly and amicable and the location was magnificent close to downtown. Location: the venue was very close to airport and the ocean and transport. Ate at The White Box, it's relatively close to the venue. My room included climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television.

Front of house staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was disgusting, Usually cold, unseasoned. I will never go there again.

The rooms are old. Need update. Noise from the hotels next door air conditioners. Bedding out of date. Patio doors didnot work in the first room . Tile on floors and showers were cracked, broken, missing. Air conditioners were noisey. TVs were old and didnt work well.

Great ocean view! the nearby location to many shops and restaurants was convenient for us. the hotel had a decent breakfast buffet that we enjoyed.

Sadly, we had a poor experience here. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the staff was not very accommodating to our needs.

Helpful, friendly staff. High-class feel, comfortable bed. Nice beach. Amazing service, particularly from Front Desk staff and Italian Restaurant staff. Some contamination in the water due to boat and catamaran diesel. Delicious Mexican a la carte restaurant.
